This policy explains what cookies are, which ones this website uses, and how you can control them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. They let the site remember your actions and preferences, such as the items in your basket, and help us understand how the site is used.
Your choice
When you first visit toolsplus.ie, a banner asks you to choose. No optional cookie is placed on your device before you make that choice.
- Accept All – allow analytics and marketing cookies.
- Deny Optional – keep only the cookies strictly necessary for the site to work.
- Cookie Settings – choose each category separately.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing the cookies for this site in your browser and choosing again, or by using your browser settings to block or delete cookies.

If you decline optional cookies
If you decline, no analytics or marketing cookie is stored on your device. Google’s tags remain on the page but run in a restricted mode (Google Consent Mode): they store nothing, they do not identify you, and every request carries a signal recording that you declined. In that mode, limited technical information such as your IP address and the address of the page is still received by Google and is used only to produce anonymous, aggregated estimates. No profile is built about you and no advertising is personalised.
