Returns & Refunds Policy

This page explains how to return an item bought on toolsplus.ie. It works alongside our Terms and Conditions, which contain the full legal detail.

Changed your mind?

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving them, no reason needed.

1. Email info@toolsplus.ie with your order reference and which item you're returning, within 14 days of delivery.
2. Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging.
3. Send it to us within 14 days of telling us, to the address below. Return postage is paid by you — we recommend a tracked service, as you're responsible for the item until it reaches us.
4. Once we receive and check it, we refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days, to your original payment method.

What we can't take back this way: items made or ordered specially for you, opened paints or chemicals (for health and hygiene reasons), and items that have been fitted, used or damaged beyond simply checking they work.

Received something faulty, damaged, or wrong?

This is different, and it's on us — you don't pay for our mistake.

1. Email info@toolsplus.ie with your order reference and a photo of the problem where possible.
2. We'll arrange the return at no cost to you and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund.

Old electrical tools or batteries?

ToolsPlus is registered for WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) compliance. When you buy a new electrical item from us, you're entitled to return an old item of the same type free of charge. Bring it to our returns counter at John F Kennedy Avenue, Bluebell, Dublin, D12 PW89, Ireland.
